18th century map of the area around the Caspian Sea (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan etc.).
Many interesting details in the map: the Aral Sea, historical trade routes between cities (Samarkand, Cabul, Candahar), old borders between regions.
Hand-coloured copper engraving with a large decorative cartouche. Nice old colour.
