Original 17th century map of the Gulf of Finland by Dutch cartographer Pieter Goos. Copperplate engraving with original hand-colouring. The map includes the coasts of Finland, Russia and Estonia. Nice looking map with two compass roses, loxodromes and a decorative cartouche. Place names along the coastline.
Short margins, map sheet strengthened. Dimensions 44 x 53,5 cm.
