John Gribbin is a British science writer, an astrophysicist, and a visiting fellow in astronomy at the University of Sussex. His writings include quantum physics, human evolution, climate change, global warming, the origins of the universe, and biographies of famous scientists.
Named after the famous thought experiment by physicist Edwin Schrödinger, In Search Of Schrödinger’s Cat tells the complete story of quantum theory. Gribbin starts with the evidence leading up to and the historical context of the birth of quantum physics. He ends the book exploring the mind-twisting philosophical implications of quantum theory.
